Wow...lots of arguement about the ad. We're not excluding people outside that age range. If they are the right person who can play their ass off as well as perform well then we'd go for it. But in practise i;d rather spend hours and hours of each day cooped up in a bus with someone of a similar age to me. We're more likely to get on.
