  1. Hi guys

As title says, a decent rig going cheap for your back up or noise needs. Not in best visual condition but kicks out a decent tone and volume - not gonna lie, the 1000w is loud but doesn't really translate to the numbers - but having that extra headroom helps contain gain easily. The drivers are 15' in good condition, no rips or distortion, they run in series and got ins and outs marked. They were once a Acoustic 406 and have been chopped by previous owner. So two 15' now for easier transport.

Had these on eBay and got mucked about loads. These are pick up from Romford, 2min from the M25/A12 junction.

Just looking to sell no trades. Only thing I ask is consider how you'll pick these up, I don't want to take them to post office as not enough time to stand in line.

    Amp weights 15.7kg dimensions:W19',D13',H7'.

    Each speaker cabinet weighs around 20kg, W26.5' D12', H21'.

    Selling together for £200.

  2. Turns out there's some magnets in the lining of a hardcase I was going to use for effects and signal chain.

Would this damage or effect pedals or sound quality asid like to keep the lining.

    Cheers.

  3. Hi guys,

Not posted in a while, I hope you've all had a cracking start to 2019 lads and ladies!

I'm getting wed in September and we've realised a band might be too much for our small shindig. I was just wondering if you wonderful people know of any DJs operating in Essex (around Maldon) or better still if you know of any small live music acts - our venue has got limited space...

To make it a more general discussion, what should I worry about when booking DJs / bands. I've not heard many horror stories but, tell me your funny stories!

Hope this can slide with the Mods, danka!

  4. Great pedal.

The EQ section and gain sound means I'll be retiring the Xotic BB preamp, better bottom end tone and gain sound imho - no mud or fizz. Stacks nicely too with a range of overdrive, I'd call it classic rock sounding. Really neet having the DI aswell.

Super clean boost! I see what Dave says about power supply, no hum or hiss, it's the cleanest boost I've used but I have the power supply. Makes my old laney B1 sound really sweet indeed.

I haven't tried headphones or input out yet.
