Thanks! The one you have is also super cool. The good think in the one I have, it´s seems that it hasn´t been touched ever since it was put together in 1965.
5. Hi guys. Finally I took it to the luthier. We realized that is actually a 1965 Precision. Not too bad after all.
6.
you need to check pot and neck dates - Fender serial project dates this as 1965: Guitar Info Your guitar was made at the Fullerton Plant (Fender - Pre CBS Era), USA in the Year(s): 1965 http://www.guitardat...org/fender.aspx my 1964 P has a 1963 stamped neck and an L20***** serial number. lovely condition though, mine was used and abused and hasd to be restored.
Ok, I need to go to the luthier to check this out. I´m a bit scared to do it myself. I will post new pics soon.
7.
Hi, beautiful bass, I was wondering if you would be interested in a partial trade - a 1964 Gibson EB2 ? Heres a pic...... Thanks.
Very nice indeed! But at the moment I´m not interested. Thanks a lot!
8. The brazilian rosewood normally it´s darker but sometimes can be like this, it´s perfectly normal. I will post new pics shortly.
9. Up for sale an amazing 1965 Fender Precision. I have reduced the price. I'm asking 4500 GBP This is not a reissue, it´s the real thing. 100% original and in museum condition. Sounds and plays like a dream. It includes a non original hard case. You will not see another one like this. The only issue it has a mark in the back. Probably a reaction of the nitro when was stored with the strap. Apart from that it's like new. Don´t hesitate to ask any questions. Cheers!!
10.
It will probably help if you correct the title of this advert to read Vox rather than Vos. Unless this is a clever device to persuade people to click on it, because they're thinking: "Hmmmm ... I've never heard of Vos." Like me.
Hey Happy Jack! You are right. It was a mistake. I'm gonna correct it. Thanks a lot.
11. Up for sale this amazing piece of history. Super vintage british sound. It´s medium-short scale. It´s exactly the same model but diferent colour that the one used by John Entwistle in this video: https://www.youtube....h?v=q63XogYTIcc The 1968 US Vox catalog described the Sidewinder IV bass as follows: "A brilliant all new 4-string double cutaway electric acoustic bass guitar. Has built in G tuner, distortion booster, treble and bass booster. All new easy-to-fret fast-neck with the Vox double T-bar and adjustable steel rod. Two exclusive VOX Ferro-Sonic pickups. Fully adjustable bridge. One volume, two tone controls, 3-position pickup selector switch. Jumbo chrome plated machine heads. Sunburst or Cherry." It has a small missing part in the headstock, I can send pictures. I´m not interested in trades. Unfortunately the effects don´t work in this one but apart of this, the electronics work great and the sound and playability it´s just amazing. Truly vintage sound. The price: 800 euros.
12. Thank you everybody! Yes, Barcelona it´s a great city most of the time and yes we have quite a decent football team.
13. Hi there! I have edited a couple of things and at the moment it´s reserved here to a guy in Spain. It´s really sad to have to sell such a great bass. Thank you for you interest.
14. Hello from Barcelona. I´m selling my beloved 1965-66 Fender Jazz Bass. It´s all original, even the frets. Includes the vintage case you see in the pics. The case has been painted in black in the top and back as the tolex was quite damaged. It has signs of use and the decal it's almost gone as the first owner used to clean it a lot. Plays and sounds like a dream. 100% original. The body and neck dates from late 1965 but probably was put on the market in 1966, as the pots and neck plate are from 1966. I am selling it for 5000 euros. If you want more pics or aditional info you just have to ask. Cheers!
15. Hi everyone, I'm new! I am from Barcelona. I play guitar and bass. I'm a a huge fan of the Beatles and the Who. My favourite bass players are as you can imagine, Enstwistle and Mc Cartney. In fact I think Macca is the best musician ever. I'm crazy about vintage gear. I collect, buy and sell stuff. Cheers!
