Hi All, I am new to basschat and i dont really know exactly the procedure how to post so excuse me if i do something wrong. Yesterday i bought from gumtree a rickefacker from CMI and i would like to help me identify anything you know about this bass. i looks decent bass quality. the guy i bought it told me that this bass belonged to his uncle which he bought it new in 1972. i dont know if that is true thought. it has bolt neck. overall it is in good condition apart from the knobs and a few scratches here and there. the serial number is 762573 made in japan. could you please also give me an idea about the value and the quality of the bass.last thing to mention the fretboard is varnished . Many thanks in advance to all of you !!!
