Other than the chips shown, the body work is fine.. The hardware - bridge and saddle - are in need of some serious TLC/cleaning, and am considering changing it to black rather than gold.. depend on how well it cleans up.. no serial number - also had a look in the electric cavity and not one there either, so cannot date it explicity Tried to investigate the 'custom for bass player of helloween' note, but didn't find any info, except for the fact that he is right handed, so that tends to rule that out, unless anyone knows otherwise.. planning to get work done on it over the next few weeks, so can post before and after pics if anyone's interested.. the most important bit - the playability is fine - so from my point of view i got a good deal for a Thumb TN ! - and the colour is great in the 'flesh'..

Damn good idea - its a real pain trawling through all the right handers Chris
