Hi, I play a MIM Fender Precision (stock) currently through a Trace Elliot Commando but truth be told even as a 1x15 at 100w it's incredibly loud. (currently living in the garage and the low notes are vibrating appliances and cupboards out there even below half volume) It's not particularly ideal and as a result it's getting used less and less which is a shame because it really is quite a nice amp. Is it worth me looking for a smaller practice amp I can move around? It would be nice to feel I can play through an amp without locking myself into the garage to be considerate to housemates! Most of the stuff I listen to tends to be of the classic P-Bass into Ampeg type of sound and my amp can be pushed to a passable albeit deeper version of this sound: would something like the Ashdown Five Fifteen (8in 15w) or the Fender Rumble 15w satisfy me or am I best with another small amp? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, just hoping somebody could help me out here.. .I've been looking round for a Fender standard Precision Bass and so far cheapest online seems to be at £319 with varying degrees of stock level and postage. (I would go with thomann since I've only heard good things, but unfortunately they're more expensive ) Anyone know of any good websites, preferably they might have ordered from before? I'm hoping to grab one in black or midnight wine (still deciding!) and hopefully quickish as a self-birthday present. Thanks for your time in advance! Solaris
