I sell my Fodera AJ Contrabass 6.
Full Spalted Maple Top
Ash body
Ebony board - 24 frets
Spacing 19mm at the bridge.
34 scale
Blac hardware
Dual coils
Pope preamp (pre 2009)
Weight : 4.5kg
An amazing 6 strings bass , really lightweight & easy to play even on stage.
This bass has been played a lot and was just fully refurbished with a refret & full refin.
An additional hole for an output jack at the body side had been filled with a piece of matching ash.
Well done & hard to see.
Otherwise it's in absolutely perfect condition again & super easy to play.
The neck is flat & allows fast runs. Very low action. No buzz at any fret.
The sound is quite open in the treble & even along all registers down t a deep low end.
Wonderful slap tone.
The bass comes with a perfectly customized , matching ramp of Spalted Maple.
Original teardrop hardcase included.
The bass is in the North of France.
Shipping to anywhere.
