I've the GT-6B.... an excellent bit of kit, every sound you could think of is in there. But you do have to invest a good bit of time to get the best ot of it, well worth it tho IMO. Much cheapness now too because of the the new model (GT10-

My 1st bass was a Yamaha RBX something or other. It was blue (with woodgrain showing) gold tuners & bridge (with fine tuners on the bridge) pickups in a j formation & fitted case. It was a cracker...... wish I still had it......
Anyone any idea what the model number might be? I just can't remember. -
Any more than 1 is too much for me, the more guitars fighting for airtime = less freedom for bass players.2 has to be the max, as Machines says 3 is a crowd!
In that case, I think it's time I set up the first registered charity for deprived and neglected bass guitars that suffer from a degrading form of the worst kind of social exclusion imaginable... inflicted upon them by greedy and wasteful bass guitar collectors!!!
We'll be round in the morning to start 'freeing' up these long-suffering instruments and will work tirelessly to help rehabilitate them back into the community.
As a rule I don't bother with a spare bass although I do carry spare leads, strings & small tool kit.

Never allow the drummer near any cables or power suppies after gigs, our drummer has a really annoying habit of just pulling the plug out the wall before we've had a chance to turn volume's down & switch things off in some kinda order resulting in popping etc....... man, I hate that! AND HE'S A FOOKIN SPARKY! ARRRGGHHHH!

I use Fender 250 taperwound 45-110 thru the bass on the jazz .... lovely!

My slightly 'off the wall' vote is going to be for Zal Cleminson. I just love some of his simple chord work.
+1 for Zal... what a showman!
