1. Never used, still in Box. Ready to post out. £20 plus postage Behringers <cough> copy of the Samsamp Tech 21 bass driver, it's pretty damn good as well. Info Here : http://www.behringer.com/bdi21/index.cfm?lang=eng other pictures here : http://www.behringer.com//BDI21/BDI21_back.jpg http://www.behringer.com//BDI21/BDI21_big.jpg Here is Behringers Blurp Bass amp modeling, direct-recording preamp and DI box all rolled into one! So much more than a mere DI box, the BDI21 is also an analog modeling bass preamp/stompbox. We give you authentic V-TONE modeling technology capable of dialing up big vintage tube tones, funky slap sounds, crunchy distortions and everything in-between. You’ll get a truckload of great amps in a single stomp box—from traditional bass amps to modern overdriven amp tones that would typically require a multitude of effects units. Authentic tube emulation circuitry can be mixed with the direct bass signal via blend control. Use presence control for definition and upper harmonics or rely on an ultra-musical 2-band EQ specifically tuned for bass guitars. Use the BDI21 either for direct recording output with tube emulation or as a standard active direct injection box in bypass mode. The output is laid out on ¼' TS or balanced, gold-plated XLR connectors. A ground lift switch eliminates typical ground loop problems, and it runs on a 9 V battery or a DC power supply (not included).
 2.
Hi, I'm another bassist who has not been impressed with H&S guitars. I ordered a 5-string sequoia bass back in January, paid in full (£140) and awaited delivery in 21 days. Nothing, and nothing since. I have tried to contact them via email on countless occasions - they have never replied. I have tried phoning but none of the numbers work. I have also tried to get Paypal to help but by the time I contacted them, the 45-day period had expired. It seems to me, looking at this thread that they are ripping off a lot of people. Is there anything we can do by joining force and bring a legal proceeding?
If you funded your Paypal payment with your credit card, then you file a chargeback with your Credit Card provider direct. This should be a straightforward issue. If on the other hand you funded your paypal payment with your bank account then you are stuffed. H&S are aware of the 45 day Paypal rule and the 90 day feedback rule, hence why they took so long to deliver. Germany has stronger trading laws then the UK by the way.
 3.
Dude, be-gone with your wimpy strings and floyd rose! I'm getting (hopefully) a 7 string *bass*
Replace the strings with thicker ones
 4.
They must have pleased some people, because they've had good feedback and I've spoken to several people who are happy.
Dont take this the wrong way, but eBay buyers are very easy to please They lap up the " Custom Made, hand made.....exclusive to us " comments. Makes them think there hard earned was well spent.
Well, I've not seen the 7 string .
A far better buy for a Seven String that is MADE IN THE SAME FACTORY is this one for £116 http://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_hbr...ng_egitarre.htm
 5. H & S Guitars were banned from eBay for several reasons. But rather then go into the legality's of it all, I would like to ask a question ? Why buy from them ? They are only re-sellers of generic of the peg models from a supplier in Beijing, China. Many of there models can be obtained at half the price they charge by other re-sellers ( especially the Strat and SG double necks, they can be got from a shop in Lancaster for £129 with a case ). All this custom made bullshit is being lapped up by the people in the UK. For the record they were banned in all of Europe and Germany ( which is there home market ) for selling goods they did not stock. Misrepresentation and for NON DELIVERY. I would suggest that if you have paid by Paypal and are still within the 45 day period, then put in a buyer complaint for a refund. 80% of there items were being delivered AFTER 80 days. Which means you had no chance of placing a complaint with paypal for item not as described if it arrived damaged and you would not be able to leave feedback ( most of which would have been negative ) Ohhh and they will be back on eBay again, using another name. They don't have a business model without eBay.
 6.
Bugger. The voucher code search got me nowhere, i searched for voucher code, discount code coupon code.... nothing. Oh well it's still a quid cheaper than the AKG, only thing is, i can't find anything about Tbones, the quality, reliability, sound etc.
T-Bone ( Thomanns own brand ) are very good quality. There studio mics are beyond belief for the money. We use T-Bone in ear wireless monitors and the above Bug unit and they work flawless. The 16 Channels are a boon for our band because the bass player is wireless, 2 x wireless vocalists and the in ear monitor system. None of it could be achieved with a fixed freq device like the AGK
 7. The AKG one is a Single channel, non diversity and to be honest aint very good ( hence the sell off ) How about a 16 channel switchable DD one for £70.78p http://www.thomann.de/gb/the_tbone_ews_16gt.htm
 8.
Whats that around the pots? they look like cracks in finish.
Reflection of Guitar Stand (Covered in white cloth to protect the Nitro ) Nitro is very glossy if you choose it to be. I used it for a long time in the auto trade when we used to spray cars with it. ALL ( every last and single one ) current LS150s are only coated in Nitro. They have never even sniffed Poly of any kind. They are plastic free.
