It's amazing!! ALWAY ALWAYS ALWAYS present in the mix, warm but definite! Not heavy as it seems to be and with a killer dynamic response under fingers! I-SPIRA Humbucker is incredible!! It has a progressive asymmetrical neck for the highest ergonoci level I've ever seen on a bass guitar!! Incredible!!

    I've became a leggend: I'M G.A.S. IMMUNE!!!!! :laugh1: :laugh1:

  4. Hi to every one.

This is the presentation of my new Custom bass.

The bass will be a Grizzly, original model of SiC Instruments, with my own specifics. For the magnets I've choosen I-SPIRA Pick-Ups (Already present on my Thumb bass...awesome).

I will be part of the Artist page of SiC Instruments...an "artist collaboration!" I'm honoured to help, with my little contribution, an Italian craftsman!! And their basses are something.....well...divine!!!

Let's make a little suspance!! I'll give to you some details in a row!!!

    Thanks for reading!!

  5. Holy S**t!!!! :o :o :o :o :o

What a Piece of wood!! I'm thinking about the possible structural problems in these early basses. 6 Strings and more-stringed basses are quite difficult to build!

    Anyway...I love bubigna!!!

  6. Thanks a lot but I don't seek exactly the sound of JPT. He uses warwick Balck strings which aren't at all my strings!

I've tried Ampeg many times...is a tone that I can't ear...don't like it at all! Thanks anyway.

I know sfx and some month ago I were close to buy a M:D4 but there was a too dark jump...Maybe in the future, when I'll get the degree in chemistry...and a work...and some money!!

  7. ATS changed my musical life. Only with a cab I've totally improved my sound under every aspect. It's a small brand in the south Italy which is little known. Actually I can't afford to buy their hybrid valve/transistor amp head (The BP1000) 'cause it costs too much for me but one day I want it! Sounds better than an Aguilar DB751 (Which is a very good amp!).

Their "little" mosfet amp, called LBA-5, is a mosfet head wich is the same category of LM and it's so much better, obviously in my opinion, as the same! :) I'd like that you can try their products....and you would ear by yourselves what I mean!

Well, if GenzBenz doesn't fit for Rock sound I don't kown what sound you mean for Rock  (I'm not aggressive or ironic!!!) maybe we've different ideas about it. :) There’s nowt so queer as folk. :D
If you nerver tried valve pre, if I can make a suggestion, try it!!

I did love my LittleMark, true story, and I've loved it so much...when I've tried Streamliner... :o :o :o but I've realized the limits of the LittleMark only after playing with the same conditions (Bass, strings, cab, cables, band, room...etc..etc..) with an A/B test with the two head. It's not plug&play as MarkBass but, at the cost of resulting boring, in my opinion, it's SO MUCH better!
