I bought the bass about 6 years ago, I could not possibly know the entire history of the bass but yes, I'm pretty much sure the color is original.

thank you very much! while I sure appreciate everyone's opinion ,if we post something for sale on a public forum we have to face the "valued" opinion of all sorts of people, price knockers included.

Maybe it is overpriced, maybe not, so far I've had very few PM cpncerning my bass. I insist: the price is negociable and I am ready to listen to offers.

Hello everyone,

well as the title says I'm selling a very nice 1978 rickenbacker bass. It is in very good condition for it's age and the only modification that has suffered is that the tuners were mounted backwards (see pics). But the painting and everything else is ORIGINAL. The color is FIREGLO or AMBERFIREGLO, here are the pics:
