Big Jaspers clear out. I’m having a big shake-up in the house and am getting rid of all my Jaspers stuff. It’s all a mere 12 months old. I’m getting rid of the following:
170-4-150S Rack £250
Strengthening Set 150S x 4 £20 each
Extension Set 150S with 40cm holders £35
Braces Silver x 4 £10 each
Caster Set 100mm £25
TFT Adapter (monitor screen holder) £40
Holders 22cm £20
Holders 15cm £15The rack as it comes has 4 tiers with one strengthening set on the lowest tier (as in the stock picture). The extension set adds an extra tier and the strengthening sets add an extra bar at the back of each tier so that they will carry the maximum specified weight (as in the last picture).
£250 for just the rack. £350 for rack, extension set and strengthening sets, £400 for the whole lot
Collection only due to size, although I am able to post the smaller parts.

Here’s a lovely pair of Danish made Dynaudio DBM50 monitors. Looking very much like their popular BM5A model, only with the fronts angled upwards to facilitate desktop use. 7.5 inch woofer, 50W per side. They are in excellent condition, with the exception of some scratches on the top of one speaker - see pics. I have the original packaging so can post at cost, although haven’t checked that out yet. Based near Colne in Lancashire. I bought these second hand and am asking £50 less than I paid for them for the sake of a quick sale. A nice, quality pair of monitors for £300.

Without being a grim reaper…I worked in a music shop for 12 years. We inherited a Surdo from another branch who’d had an order cancelled 4 years earlier.
I counted that Surdo at 11 annual stocktakes…
weird - because when tuned and played appropriately; it sang.
it was £100 by the end of my time, and I think the original cost price was £140.
Great, thanks! 🤣

Yep, still here.

Yep. I’ve been trying to get shut of them for over two months. Here, Facebook, eBay, Reverb. Nobody wants Surdos it would seem. They’re taking up half of my lounge!

Here’s a Godin LG twin humbucker guitar. Godin made several versions of this over the years, a couple of humbucker versions, one with P90’s and a couple of flame top ones. This is yer standard humbucker variety.
Mahogany body and neck
Rosewood fingerboard, Godin refer to it as “Ergocut” which I think just means rolled edges
22 frets
16” fingerboard radius
1 11/16” nut
Volume and Tone controls
5-way switch selects various coil combinations, where A and B are the neck pickup coils and C and D are the bridge:
position 1 - A & B
position 2 - A
position 3 - ABCD
position 4 - D
position 5 - C & D
Functionally it’s in great shape. Everything works as it should, including the truss rod. There is a small amount of fret wear, nothing serious.
Cosmetically it’s in fair condition. There are various very small dings and dongs, scratches etc, again nothing serious. The main issue is that somebody appears to have had a go at refinishing the back of the neck. These guitars come with a satin neck as standard. This one is satin, but there’s glossyness and overspray on the back of the headstock and at the heel. My best guess is that some dingbat didn’t like the satin and sprayed a fairly crap gloss over it, then somebody else came along and sanded it back to satin. Functionally it’s fine, the back of the neck feels nice, but close inspection reveals the dirty deed. See the last two photos in particular.
Also comes with a really nice gig bag. Much better than the current Godin gig bags. Pockets a-go-go, neck support thing etc.
I’m asking £200 for this. I have another one in excellent condition which I paid £320 for. It’s a nice Canadian made guitar for peanuts. With a great gig bag to boot. I can’t see how it could be bettered for 200 beans. Will post at cost, but would much prefer collection.
Regarding postage - I haven’t posted a guitar since pre Covid days and I’m hearing tales of couriers no longer insuring musical instruments. Any advice in this department would be gratefully received. I always used to use UPS via Interparcel.

Here’s an immaculate Roland HPD-20, in original box with PSU. As new. I’ve had it for just over a year and used it once. Doh! The hand percussion sounds on this, particularly the congas, bongos and tabla are stunning. The pad is pressure sensitive so you are able to use the proper hand techniques for the respective instruments and it will respond accordingly. Also has respectable regular kit sounds, although not in the same class as the higher end Roland TD kits. These are a great tool for putting down quick drum tracks. Especially with a kick pedal connected. To that end, I also have an immaculate, boxed Roland KD-7 pedal for sale here. I’m also including a WHD stand. It’s not up the the standard of the official Roland stand, but was a fraction of the price and does the job perfectly well. It’s also very lightweight. There is a bracket which connects the pad to the stand which I forgot to photograph, but will be included.
These are around £870 new. I will take £600 for the HPD-20 and stand. £100 for the KD-7, or £650 for the lot.
Not keen on posting, but try me. Based near Colne, Lancashire.

PRICE DROP £50 for the pair of rasps including postage.
Two Dragon hand-cut rasps, one coarse and one fine. The fine one has never been used and the coarse one has been used for the briefest pass, so basically both as new. Also one unused StewMac fret saw. £60 for the pair of rasps. £10 for the fret saw or £65 for the lot, plus postage which I’m guessing will be about a fiver.

Here’s a set of Open University music textbooks from the seventies. Titles are listed below. They are showing their age a bit on the covers but are in great condition for their age on the inside. None are falling apart or anything like that. 22 books in total. Ive seen plenty of these going for a fiver on eBay (sometimes more by the vintage corksniffers) so I’ve priced them at half that - £2.50 each. £55 for the lot. Will post them for a fiver, and I’m certain it will cost me more than that. Don’t really want to start splitting them as I’ve had my fill of trips to the post office for a while. My picture just shows a sample to give an idea of general condition. So, here’s the titles…….
