Update: [u]massive[/u] price reduction to £1250. Worth every penny in my opinion!

[center][b]FOR SALE[/b][/center] [center][b][size=7]ARIA SWB-04[/size][/b][/center] [b]Electric Upright Bass[/b] [center][attachment=87218:IMG_2287.JPG][/center] I have played many an enjoyable gig with this fantastic bass and it'll be a shame to see it go - but I haven't played it enough recently to justify keeping it (it spurred me on to buying a full size double bass). It's made by the ARIA custom shop and is a really beautiful instrument. The combination of Piezo (Fishman) and Magnetic pickups allows an amazing range of sounds to be produced. I have mainly plucked my way though jazz gigs, but it can also be bowed just like the real thing. It's full scale and uses proper double bass strings. In terms of the condition, it's in perfect working order with a few signs of light wear that you can see from the photos. There are a few nicks at the side of the headstock that you can clearly see in the pics - I think these were caused by taking it out of the case. It's got a good set of strings (which can cost £200 on their own) and comes with the original case.
