1. So I'll start with the fault;

The gain knob is super crackly when being turned, I'm guessing this could be quickly fixed if someone can get inside with some switch cleaner, but I'm not a tech so can't say for sure.

Otherwise this is a well used, but well loved workhorse. As you can see the top panel is somewhat scuffed from gig life but this is just aesthetic.

Anyone is welcome to come and hear the crackle for themselves before making a decision, or alternatively I could send a video on request to give a better idea.

This could be a steal (or even a money maker) for anyone who knows their way around the insides of these things!

  2. I'm extremely reluctant to sell this cab as it has always sounded stunning.

Alas, my touring days are most likely over and carting a 45kg 4x10 around wedding gigs is not the recipe for happiness.

It's been used, and as such there are a couple of light marks on the front grill, but otherwise in perfect working order. Comes with the original soft case.

Happy to hook it up to my AG700 for any prospective buyers who want to hear it in action 👍🏼

Collection preferred, I may be able to deliver locally.IMG_4413.HEIC

  3. Up for sale is my beloved 3/4 upright.

It’s unbranded so could not tell you exactly where and when it was made but I purchased this 2nd hand from Malcom Healey Violins in 2007 for £900 (still have the receipt).
It has had a problem with the neck coming away from the body but just this week has been fixed by the esteemed Lawrence Dixon in Herne Hill who has pinned the neck in place and given it a re varnish (see pictures for close up). It’s got a small amount of knocks and dings as any played instrument should have.

    Specs:

Real spruce top

Ply back and sides

Ebony fingerboard

Ebony tailpiece

Thomastik Spirocore strings (which cost £170 in themselves)

Comes with soft case
Located in SE London. Could potentially deliver depending on distance.

  4. I'm looking to trade this, ideally, for a deluxe Fender Jazz 5 string in a trade + cash deal. I bought this for £900 earlier this year and my small hands can't quite settle with the 35" scale!

It has an Audere pre and Nordstand pickups and really does play nicely!
