Less then 6 months old, looking for sale asap the guitar is in full working order. and looks great £350 with the solid case and leather strap from warwickshire (coventry area) -
but i will say that im looking to trade this guitar with a shop at the moment, so im looking for a sale asap. if anyone is intrested i will be posting pictures of the bass, and i will also be willing to listen to offers but i am not prepared to go less then £440.

Hofner CT Series Violin Bass (sunburst) with Hard Case and Leather strap £470 the bass is less then 5 months old, gigged with 3 times. reason for sale is that ive always wanted one of these basses since i was a kid, loved it in the shop and loved it for the first month or so. but after buying a new amp and new gear i cannot get the sound right and that i want. its a shame but insted of it staying at home i would rather it become to some use with someone else.

also chaps could you suggest any other pedals that might be fun to play around with?? the equipment i am using at the moment is An Ampeg BA115HPT, Guitars: Hofner CT Violin Bass and a Tokai Jazz sound, the pedals i use: Boss Chorus (CEB-3 i think) and an Ashdown Bass overdrive. so anything you guys could suggest to making my guitars or anything else sounding better or just anything worth getting let me know. thank you

well .... i love ebay for this.... after searching the internet for the boss bass pedal i seen they were retailing at about £79.99-£89.99, i just manage to pick up one on Ebay for £32.50 so hopefully with any luck it should be here soon. thanks for the help guys its much appreciated.

basically i tried out a Boss Bass EQ pedal earlier and loved the sounds of what you can make from it. but i want to find out if any other brand of pedals make a decent EQ pedal. does anyone own or have used a HARLEY BENTON BEQ-1 pedal?. i cant find a review online so i wanted to ask you guys. i found a behringer EQ pedal but have been advised that Behringer are not reliable.

hey been a bass player for about 5 years now, previously a guitar player. Im currently using a Hofner Contemporary Violin Bass and also a Tokai Jazz Sound through a Ampeg BA115hpt. i use a Ashdown FS-Drive plus overdrive pedal and also a Boss CEB3 Chorus pedal. also a behringer tuner pedal(just looking for a quick buy). could someone also recomend any decent pedals aswell? my main influences as a bass player would have to be Paul Mccartney,John Entwistle , Matt Freeman. all great bass players. i was wondering if anyone knew of any guitar shops online that stocked Hofner Bass strings?, i know they are not cheap but im having trouble trying to find a shop in England that do them. Thank you guys
