  1. Here are some pictures. Code on the neck says 10 71 R. Single coil has a grounding wire that links to the pu-guard.[attachment=81280:P1040751.JPG][attachment=81279:P1040742.JPG][attachment=81278:P1040754.JPG]
  2. Thanks, I'm gonna check this weekend!
  3. I just posted something on the "sales department": a lefthanded telecaster bass with single coil. I never questioned the thing, just played it. Now I want to sell it, but trying to get an idea about its worth, I am getting more and more puzzled about how old it is, howcome it has a "P-neck", etc. Can someone please help me out on this one, I posted some pictures there as well and can provide more... Very many thanks.
  4. Hi, As I posted on introductions, I will be selling some of my stuff. So, I got a lefthanded Fender Telecaster with the single coil pickup, early seventies. I've been wondering wether to sell it, keep it, sell it... but finally decided to maybe let it go to someone who will use it more. Strange thing about it is that it has what seems like a "non-tele" neck. The headstock is carved like a P-bass, has the CBS logo (thick black with golden trim and pat. numbers below), but doesn't have a bass-type description. Someone told me it might be original, Fender using those for lefthanded basses in those days, but I'm not sure. I really find it difficult to put a price tag on this one, but will consider offers from 1200,00 euros upward. If anyone is interested, please send me a message.[attachment=79515:P1040691.JPG][attachment=79516:P1040692.JPG]
  5. Hello, I'm new here and just saying hello. I've been playing bass for 15 years and stopped playing a while ago. Trying to get "back on track", I decided to go on some discussion boards. Very glad to be here. Since I don't get any income from playing anymore, I will also sell some of my stuff and be looking out for another leftie. Cheers
