Excellent condition, home use only, has one little mark by the component cover and one at top of neck by the headstock of which none interfere with playing whatsoever. In a beautiful shade of misty blue this guitar rocks with original burstbuster pickups wound with period correct wire, grade a mahogany body period correct orange capacitors and the most important aspect for me is the unfinished back of the neck of which looks and feels amazing you get non of that typical sticky feel that most other gibsons have. [size=3]For sale is my 1979 sunburst fender vintage 35 year old Stratocaster with the more uncommon rosewood neck with non fender hard case. One heck of a guitar, beautiful ash grained body, beautiful smooth neck with no marks at all which is now developing that great vintage colour, all black pickguard, pickups, knobs and switches with black tipped tremolo arm, f stamped tuners, bullet truss rod superb low action, has just had a pro clean, check and set up. Couple of marks and scratches on body which i guess are usual for a 35 year old guitar. Has that classic 70s strat sound. Sad to see her go but have just hit the dreaded big 50 and have treated myself to a PRS 24 Custom, my dream guitar, hence the wife’s policy of one guitar in and one guitar out has to be followed.[/size] [size=5][b]Price drop to £700 for quick sale[/b][/size]
