Heres the manufacturers blurb...

MOTU 828mk3 Firewire Audio Interface delivers innovative new features, universal FireWire connectivity to your Mac or Windows computer, superb sound, and reliable performance.

The 828mk3 provides flexible connectivity to any Mac or PC via FireWire, with ten channels of pristine 192 kHz analog recording and playback, combined with sixteen channels of ADAT digital I/O and stereo S/PDIF. Expand your system by connecting additional MOTU audio interfaces or the 8pre mic input expander.

The 828mk3 is equally well-suited for studio and stage, with or without a computer. As an interface or standalone mixer, the 828mk3 provides 28 separate inputs and 30 separate outputs, including dedicated main outs on XLRs and two front panel headphone outs.

Connect all of your studio gear, including microphones, guitars, synths, keyboards, drum machines and even effects processors. Record, monitor, route and process all of these live inputs using the professional on-board CueMix FX digital mixer – with no latency and no processor strain on your computer. Apply hardware DSP-driven compression, EQ and reverb to every input and output, independent of your host computer. When recording from the mic/guitar inputs, the 828mk3’s signal overload protection gives you an extra 12 dB of headroom above zero with no digital clipping or harsh artifacts.

Analyze and scope your audio with advanced diagnostic tools, including a full-screen real-time FFT display, spectrogram

  2. Brand new mint condition unregistered little bastard head made in PRC.
Bought as a practice room/club/pub gig amp.
Used just once to test it works.
Excellent sound. 30 watts is more than enough headroom and if not there is di out.
Gorgeous sounds and very versatile too, loves pedals and they sound even better through the all valve signal path.
This amp is in showroom condition including all tags, warranty, manual and original box.

Looking for 400 posted or 375 collected. These are 600 new.

Would consider swaps/part exs for Orange/Matamp/Bergantino cabs.

Can't see this sticking around for long! Great cabs used one of these for years.

  4.
Sounds about right! My SVT + 6x10 spends most of its time at Robins place. The SVT VR + Berg rig would have belonged to Campbell from the band Rush Hour Soul... he used to borrow my 6x10 all the time and then bought the Bergantino and injected some jealousy directly into my brain. You should hear the skunkworks head through the bergantino, best of both worlds

I'm Nico, by the way. Nice to, in a way, have met you.
I might have to get in touch when recording time comes around. The skunkworks and the AD200 thru the Berg!! :)

Yeh nice to have met you as well mate.

Have a free bump as well Kris :)

  5.
I still can't figure out who you are so I'll just have to ask... who are you? Hahahaha... The Bergantino is the best cab I've ever heard and I'd love to get one soon. I sold my Ampeg 610 half a year ago, stupidly, so now need to replace it with something.
Names Rob/Pring I play in Torturo Nervosa. I don't think i've met you although i've obviously seen you play. Yeh the Bergantino is ridiculously good. We recorded our last EP through that and an SVT VR 2 years ago at Robin's and its the best bass sound ive ever heard. My memory is pretty hazy but im pretty sure we recorded our first ep through your skunkworks head and 610 rig at Robin's. This was back in summer 08 i believe.

  6.
oooh an AD200... are you gigging at the moment? I'd like to hear that sometime.
Yeh, but its pretty sporadic at the moment :) hopefully will be playing Dundee early next month. It does sound devastating though! Played it through an Ampeg 8x10 in Perth last week and it was a thing of beauty.
Can't wait to play it through a Bergantino. We're recording at Robin's next month so ill keep you posted!
