3.
Aye ma old cab is a wee bit of a backbreaker :) I had a 30th anniversary head a 3530 i think it was with the chrome face, 300w @4ohms and it sounded great with the marshall vbc 4x12 i sold to Bob. Shame i had to sell it as it was a cracking sounding not to mention loud amp.

I'm doing some amp shopping at the end of the month when my bonus comes in and i may be looking at the new Marshall MB series stuf. . . . . .
I WANT A JUBILEE HEAD!

  4.
Before going to extraordinary effort, consider that if your cab was 4 ohms the potential additional output would be only 3dB. In lay terms, that's about the difference between having your volume knob at seven rather than six. If your rig isn't loud enough adding a second identical cab will give you 6dB. If your rig is loud enough it ain't broke, so it don't need fixing.
Cheers, I'm trying to buy waaaaaaay to much stuff as it is!

  5.
Fat Boost and DC brick still available. Price drops on both as I REALLY need the cash!
How much for the brick?

sorry to sound really stupid but would it be able to power my Digitech BP80 and Behringer stompbox?

I am really not good at the electonic side of things!

  6.
I can't see it in him to be honest, hes an up his arse arrogant f****r. But the girls and boys of the modern scene adore him non the less.

The good thing about pete wentz is he will get more young people in to bass!
Best thing any one has ever said him the little c*nt

Mike Dirnt sig one looks cooler!

  7.
I know what you mean... Awsome sounding bass but wouldn't be seen dead with the "love heart bat."
Has only played the Mike dirnt SQUIER version of the precison

i was gona buy one as a back up but then funds ran out!

reviews of the dirnt would be good!

  9.
OR...fit a wireless system inside the bass and get rid of the output jack !!
can you find an example of that, that would be awesome to find, one knob looks a wee bit silly but no knobs would be cool!

  10.
I's say the Hoppus, the Mike Dirnt, or a MIJ 70's reissue P Bass.
I completely agree here. My only point is that i make ibanez sound like a precision and it has a far nicer neck!

It's nice to have a another mark hoppus fan on here a thought i was the only one!

  11. I consider myself a punk bassist, and i love having 5 (yes 5 knobs!) on my ibanez.
mind you i sort of break away form most punk bassists as i don't play a precision.

The mark hoppus bass does have only one volume knob and it is an awesome looking bass.
The only way to improve it in my opinon would be to have jazz neck with block inlays.

Mark Hoppus is the guy that inspired me to play bass! (I am only 16)
