Im looking to find a US 2008/2009/2010 five string Jazz bass but can't find one in the UK for love nor money! Has anyone seen one in a local store? Ive tried all the usual suspects but they all say they would have to order one in from Fender which I might have to end up doing.

Alternatively if anyone spots a used one anywhere Id be very interested!

Im selling an Aphex bass xciter pedal- its in good condition other than some chipped paint on one side. Perfect for fattening up you bass sound live or in the studio.

Im selling a set of kent armstrong pickups that I had custom made for me. They were molded from a set of Bartolini MK1 pickups (which is why they say MK1 on them) and wound to Ken Smith / Sei specs and would be a direct replacement for Bart MK1, Seymour duncan asb1 soap bars or the mec soapbar pickups. They are dual coil (4 connectors) and can be wired in series / parallel or split for different sounds.
Any questions feel free to ask- Im looking for £50 for these.

Ive got a Japanese Fender 75 reissue jazz bass for sale- good condition, fast straight neck, maple fretboard with blocks/binding, USA pickups. There is a bit of crazing in the lacquer on the bottom of the bass body and a few slight marks on the headstock. Looking for £475 for it- send me a message or give me ring on 07866831889- im going to put it on ebay fairly soon am putting it on here first.

Hi

I run a recording studio in Edinburgh and am now offering private bass or recording tuition from the studio. I can teach all styles from rock/metal/jazz/funk/hip-hop etc and can facilitate students learning to play with other musicians as well. Students can also choose songs that they want to learn and I will transcribe them. Recording tuition will cover all aspects of how a studio works from using the equipment and recording various instruments to mixing tracks down- again students can choose what they want to learn. Im selling a set of black Dimarzio model J pickups in very good condition complete with box and wiring instructions. The were installed in my Jazz bass briefly but have not been gigged. Looking for £60 inc p&p for these.
The Kent armstrong soapbars were custom wound for me by Aaron Armstrong and were molded from a set of Bartolini Mk1 pickups (they actually say Bartolini Mk1 on them)
They are a set of humbuckers and have been wound to Sei / Ken smith specs so they have a fat midrangy sound typical of ken smith basses- I can provide some soundclips of these installed in my Ibanez sr905. As these were a custom build Im open to offers for these....
