Total Watts

  1. If someone picks this up this weekend. I'll drop to £250. After Monday however, I'm heading away for a bit so this will cease to be available from then on.
  2. Price drop £300 Also, should have mentioned, willing to split.
  3. Excellent condition Vintage VS6 in black. Mahogany body Mahogany set neck [attachment=116730:P7013998a.JPG] [attachment=116731:P7014000a.JPG] [attachment=116732:P7014001a.JPG] [attachment=116734:P7014015a.JPG] [attachment=116735:P7014017a.JPG] [attachment=116736:P7014021a.JPG] [attachment=116733:P7014009b.JPG] Price; £100 The pickguard and truss rod cover have been sprayed silver a few years ago to match the inlays, slightly different from standard but looks good. There is one small ding to the lower horn, a tiny mark to the top of the headstock and a tiny mark to the back. All dings are pictured but the last two are so small they're actually quite difficult to spot even in the close-ups. If you hold it in the right light you can see some light buckle rash, but other than that the guitar is mint. The neck joint is solid and the frets are all pretty good. The guitar feels really nice, has great tone, nice action and holds tune. What else do you want your guitar to do? O' yeah, look good, Well that's your choice but I think it looks great. I'll include a unpadded Kinsman gig bag with shoulder straps to help you on your way. Any questions or if you need high resolution pictures of a specific bit, just ask. Would much prefer collection, but may be able to deliver for fuel. I'm currently based just outside Bath, but could probably travel most places in the South West. If I had a confirmed buyer, I may also be able to deliver to the Manchester area. As I've said, any questions, just ask!
  4. Full bass rig for sale. Amplification: Behringer Bass V-amp Pro Samson servo 300 (bridged mode) In 4U rack case. Connected with hand made patch cable. Cabs: 4x10 McKenzie loaded 240W (4 x 60W) 1x15 Eminence loaded 300W Both custom made by Soundwave in Wales, with matching purple grills. Look excellent. Connected by hand made speaker cable (Neutrik high amp jacks with 2mm per core cable). Looking for £325 for the lot. [attachment=116725:P7014026.JPG] [attachment=116726:P7014037.JPG] [attachment=116728:P7014045.JPG] [attachment=116729:P7014044a.jpg] Overall in good condition, the cabs have a couple of nicks and tears to the tolex, used but not abused. The drivers are all in good condition. Amps are in great condition, the rack case has a small hole in one of the covers but generally good condition. The Behringer offers a great variety of sounds and can either just be used with the presets or if you want is highly configurable. Which ever it sounds great and can cover a whole variety of sounds and genres really well. The Samson is a very clean power amplifier and those 300W are matched to the impedence of the cabs, so you get them all, rather than the small fraction you normally get from bass amps. Together the whole package sounds great, is very flexible and loud enough for some pretty respectable gigs. If you're concerned about the McKenzie drivers as you are unsure of the brand, don't be. They are an old brand that was taken up by Fane, very good quality drivers used in all manner of top end Fender and other gear of the day. Great if you're looking for quality and vintage tone. A bit of forum digging and searching will yield even more great reviews and feedback. If you're interested and require further pictures please email specifying the pictures you would like. Will be sad to see it go but a downsize of kit forces sale. Open to offers. Would much prefer collection, but may be able to deliver for fuel. I'm based just outside Bath, but could probably travel most places in the South West. Finally, I realise I don't exactly have many posts on this forum, but I've actually been a member for some time, just using the forum for information, I also even bought the cabs and the Vamp from people on here originally! As I've said, any questions, just ask!
  5. Just bought a pair of cabs from John. Really nice guy to deal with, item exactly as described and all working well. Went out of his way to help me in fact, couldn't have asked for more. Look forward to dealing with him again in the future. Thanks
