here is my as yet unwired board:
-
I would go
Tuner>Unibass>punch factory>exiter
Having the tuner at the start of the chain so you can mute the signal going to the PA
Personally I would use the exiter for DIing -
Cool pedal, if I had the money I would have already snapped it up.
-
Nice board Maxcat.
...and I thought my JR. was crowded. -
It sounds good, I liked the character of the distortion a lot. It definiely stands out. I found it hard to not get a massive jump in volume when the pedal was engaged, which was something I didn't like.
That is the same thing that i found to get it almost unity gain i had to leave all of the controls below 12 o'clock, currently running it with Ass @ 9 o'clock Bass @ 10-11 o'clock and sensitivity at 9-10. it is a great sounding fuzz but its crazy loud. -
probably worth about a tenner or so..... ill give ya £100 and some pork scratchings.
seriously though, its worth well over a grand IMO probably about £1400-£1500 -
Who's set up is the picture of??
-
Does the DHA have a headphone out??
I haven't downsized enough for it all to fit yet
I spent 3 hours trying to fit 10 pedals on a PT Jr.
I'm gonna have different approach to it soon
Well I'm hoping to get 6 tone factor pedals the rehoused Bluebeard a boss TU-2 and my tone hammer on a JR I may need your help. -
ATM I'm torn between the johnnyshredfreak and the diago. Is one much better than the other.
-
I want one of the nipple pink ones, they look and probably sound the best
EDIT: TaySte where is the downsized board that you said you were gonna post?? -
there's not a lot of difference between the two but they are pretty cool to push other dirt pedals into even more dirt.
And the reason I was thinking of running the TH earlier on is because when I run fuzz into it it sometimes sounds starnge but I'll try that signal out TaySte -
what are the other pedals in the chain?
Also the patch cables could be the problem, I've had some cheap ones for a while and they've started to crap out on me recently. -
PM'd

not just yet
-
I don't have a proper board just yet but here is my collection of pedals:
i am thinking of running
Cream Pie>Tone Hammer>Analogue Filter(442 red)>Cream Pie>Hellbaby>Rehoused Bluebeard Fuzz.
also i have a delay on the way which will be going somewhere in the chain not 100% sure just yet, also i have a comp on the way from the US and that will go at the end of my signal. -
Would the EHX signal pad not do the same thing and cheaper.
-
Cool, I'll have to try and find clips of the meatbox it sounds interesting.
If you ever get rid of your fuzz saw look me up -
There is a pretty good review with clips and all over at http://bassfuzz.com/2008/07/12/electro-har...muff-pi-review/

Sold pending payment.

IMO they look pretty horrible, they look very similar to the assdown pedals that were pretty crappy IMO. Be interesting to see how the tube based stuff sounds.
Post your pedal board - Basschat style!!

I brought a rehoused Bluebeard and it is going back in it's old enclosure.
