Hi, We are looking for a pro bassist to join our high quality soul/funk/rock/jazz function band. We are in the process of putting together the lineup and have a demo, photo/video shoot in the pipeline. We are looking to add ourselves to an agency by early 2012, we have contacts that can get us there. The 4 of us (Rich - Keys, Ed - Keys, John - Drums and myself - Vocals) are in our late twenties (looking for someone in similar age bracket) and are friendly full time musicians. We all work as instrumental tutors, session/dep musicians during the day and gig in the evenings. We are all involved with other high quality projects as well. We also have years and years of experience gigging/recording (original/cover acts) around the world and we're now looking to push for high quality/well paid gigs for 2012. Your requirements are:[list] [*]A wealth of experience gigging/recording/travelling [/list][list] [*]Own transport (we are based in Sutton so rehearsals on train would be fine, it's the long distant gigs that might be a problem) [/list][list] [*]Professional equipment [/list][list] [*]Committed, dedicated and professional (good time keeping and presentation), yet being friendly at the same time [/list][list] [*]Great stage presence [/list][list] [*]Willing to take on a business role in the band I.e promoting etc [/list] I think that's all.
