As I havent really used it, I cant be sure. If i get a chance I will try it and get back to you - unless you can find some info on the net.

Thanks

2. Hi,

Purchased back in 1996 and used as my main bass since - good condition although does have a few knocks as shown in picture.

Based in Swindon but willing to meet half way (within reason) or buyer arranges courier.

I'm looking for £650 or might be interested in a trade for a Fender Jazz of some kind.

3. Hi to my fellow basschatters, some guidance please

I have recently purchased 2 2x10 epifani ps 210's cabs and now am looking for a new amp.

My cabs kick out 400watts at 8 ohms or 800watts (4ohms) when coupled together so I am looking for something which can be used in both live situations.

My max budget is £550 (and not a penny more!) and I have rounded down to the following:

Hartke LH1000
MArkbass Little Mark 3
TC Electronic classic 450

Not bothered about weight difference or size but would like to know what would be the better choice in my situation. I know the Hartke is gonna have the most headroom but I have also read that the MArkbass and TC classic are loud little beasts.

I think the main thing is that it has to be versatile to cover all types of playing styles although I play mainly funk.

If I have missed anything else of the list for this price braket then please let me know.

Many thanks in advance
Freddie

5. Hi,

Firstly my budget is around £800 (no more than that) - I am looking at either 2 - 2x10 cabs or a 2x10 & 1x15.

Max budget is £400 each.

Been Looking at Epifani PS210/PS115, Hartke Hydrives, Ashdown Compacts - all within my budget.

Any advice on the ones mentioned or others which I have missed?

Kind regards
Freddie

6.
If you could arrange it, that would be great. Could you do it for £190 with postage at all? Would you accept PayPal for payment also?
Cant really budge on price mate as its practically brand new - these are fetching £273 at the mo.

Also - its gonna cost me about £5 to package it properly.

I would accept paypal for the payment.

Let me know for defo and I will call my local courier to arrange delivery.

Cheers

Will get some Photos up at the weekend.

£200 - collection or might be willing to meet half way if you don't live to far away from Swindon.

Cheers

8. Hi,

basically I have pulled the last of my hair out deciding which route to take and I am back to square one.

I am looking to get myself a new bass rig and wondered what the best options are (below) taking into consideration the best value, quality of sound, weight and reliability. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Ashdown ABM Compact 210t + ABM Compact 115t (£618 the pair)
or
Warwick Pro WCA 211 + the WCA 115 (£610 the pair)
or
Hartke Hydrive HX115 + HX115 or HX115 + HX410 (£800/£900 the pair)
or
Barefaced Super 12t (£675)

Amp wise looking at either Markbass LMIII or Hartke LH1000 or Ashdown ABM Evo III

Needs to be versatile to cover rock/funk/jazz etc and loud enough to compete in medium to large venues ie rock clubs/outdoors/theatres etc etc.

Many thanks in advance
Freddie
