As a struggling student it is time I parted ways with my beloved bass. A Musicman Stingray which I've been told is circa 2006. It has been well loved and I have owned it since 2008 and it had one previous owner in the USA. It's got a number of dents or scratches but in my opinion this only adds to the character, I am aware this is personal taste but it works for me! Some scarring includes a knick on the upper part of the body that does show the wood, buckle rash, a bent tuning head (still perfect working order) and a few scratches on the headstock. I have taken very good care of this bass since I've owned it and can only be responsible for a bit of buckle rash. It has relatively new orange rotosounds on it as well. The hardcase has a crack in one corner due to careless baggage handlers. Nevertheless this bass and its case are 100% operational.
The pots are in good condition, the neck is straight, pickup sounds amazing as one would expect. A beautiful bass in sparkly orange with matching headstock and a maple neck. I gigged with this a lot over the past 2 years and the neck has a bit of grime on it but I always preffered the look of a used maple neck.
Anyhow, pictures will follow as soon as I can borrow a camera. Any more information just message me and I'll get back to you asap. I live in Leeds but am out of the country until January so if anyone fancies a test run before you buy then you are more than welcome to come give it a shred.
I am looking in the region of £750 but of course any offers will be seriously considered. Not interested in a swap unless I get something lovely and a bit of cash in return.
Thanks.
