I have a rather nice Bass that I should probably sell, as I'm a predominantly a guitar player these days.
Not sure of the make, but it plays lovely and sounds great. It has been upgraded with mostly Warwick hardware. Its also been stripped back to a natural finish.. It needs new strings and were I actually ever playing bass I'd keep it.
£200 for the bass + shipping or petrol.
Not sure if shipping is possible but could probably work something out.

stupid question but is the Jack cable a normal guitar cable?
If so will you do it for £4.50 delivered? -
Had this for about 6months in my fender deluxe Reverb, and it was a massive improvement on the stock Jensen. Do a google search, but for that kind of amp it is superb!
I've done about 20-30 gigs with it, so its just nicely broken in. Great condition, and I think I have the original box.
Only selling as I have a celestion alnico gold now which Is apparently better!

Up for grabs is a 72 thinline Deluxe. I bought this one a year ago. Its in absolute mint condition and the widerange humbuckers sound absolutely fabulous. It was made in 2005/06 but looks brand new. The fella I bought it from said that it had never been played when he owned it, and I did about 2 gigs with it before using it the house only.
Couple of things about this - the body has had a respray done by sims paint (this was done by the previous owner I guess) - you can see a piccy of the logo in the photo album. They've done a splendiferous job on it
I also fitted other tuners for a while before going back to the stock so there are some drill holes which are just about visible. There are a couple of small marks on the back of the body, which you can see in the album.
I have a black scratchplate that I will chuck in as well with this, and a hardcase I will chuck in. I think I've got the manual and some other case candy with this but will have to hunt through the quagmire to find them!
Looking for £425 delivered for this.

What condition are the frets in? Can you do a couple of pics of the bk pups and also the cavity routing?
Cheers

Hi,
Does this come with the original case?
Also are you intereseted in trades/part ex's? at all? I got a few strats (tokai springy sound, partscaster), fender tele 72 thinline, Mesa boogie maverick amp, roland jc that could be used for trades/part ex's.
cheers,
tom

Everyone knows that Fenders vary in quality from guitar to guitar. This is definitely a "good one". Sounds and plays great with superb natural resonance. Its a 60th anniversary in olympic white. The guitar is all original apart from the pickups have been upgraded to some fantastic bare knuckle irish tours and the pick guard has been changed from white to tortoise shell. Also the 2nd tone knob controls the bridge pickup as opposed to the the middle pickup - this is a popular mod that many strat players do. It could also be easily reversed if one wanted. The back plate has been left off for the ease of changing strings but is also included with the appropriate screws along with the trem arm.
Condition is 8/10. A few minor dings from general use but that's it.
In summary, a great strat that makes me question why I'm keeping a custom shop version over this
Any questions, fire away. Looking for £480 ono
