Sold Paesold Cello 1978 Model 603 with Paesold Bow.

a Paesold cello and bow from 1978 the 603 model. Very good condition for its 43 years e9th just a few tiny bumps. Well set up by Thwaites london with daddario kaplan strings. Solid construction, very nice spruce top, nice flame maple back and sides. Clear flame on the neck. Dark and consistent ebony fingerboard.

The 603 model today sells for around £4000

The bow has no other markings other than its paseold stamp. Good condition but could do with a rehair. Nicely balanced and suits the cello well.

Bought for me by a well meaning relative. Built as a copy of a PRS but obviously not one from a Chinese maker. Sounds good but needs setting up. I've levelled the frets but the nut needs lowering. 

Possibly have a box I can post it in if interested. Good project or to try something out on. 

Franken stein o caster.

Parts strat that I got on ebay a few years back. Origin of Parts unknown. Plays great, sounds great. Mini switched put in parallel and brings the bridge pickup in. Loads of sounds.

Line 6 Helix LT.

Perfect condition. Never gigged sadly and used very sparingly. This thing is awesome for guitar or bass.

Pair of 5 string PJ Basses.

White is fretted and the sunburst is fretless. PJ aguilar pickups. Body and necks came from vintage modified Basses. Thick lacquer removed and oiled. Both play great. Stacked volumes and tone.

I love these Basses but I'm not playing enough these days to warrant keeping them. I've gig bags for both but no boxes. Will look at shipping with potential buyer. Would prefer to sell as a pair if possible. 

The fretless has some small damage to the finish around the J pickup. When I toured these they were flight cased at all times.

c1900 German double bass. 

Has been completely refurbished. 

Back has been de-stressed.

in flat back basses the back often shrinks faster than the front causing cracks. This has happened in this bass, so the back was removed, all braces repaired or replaced.
Then the back refitted allowing it to not pull the front any longer.
The neck block has been strengthened, all cracks repaired and sured up. 

New bridge, new tailpiece and new soundpost. 

Is currently fitted with a prototype ajustable wooden end pin, but will be changed to a usually metal one at buyer request. 

Insurance post restoration was c4k. But I have too many instrument and have been offered something.

good condition all working except the phantom power switch for the second mic pre is stuck in the off position. Possibly easy fix no idea. 

Lots of IO  options. 4 mic pres. 8ins 8 outs built in. Plus adat etc.  Runs off FireWire bus power. 

Also have the rack ears for it. 

Amazing unit that was the heart of my record set up for years. Just sitting around unused.
