1.
Circuit is the same in both but can be tailored to how you want it so sound. Pickup placement is upto you, I had the neck pickup on my Rumour 4 put closer to the neck compared to standard and I also had the body made about an inch wider the whole way round, was never of fan of the very slim body horns which was a feature back in the early Noughties. You need to try both body shapes and see what works for you but they are customisable to your requirements to a certain point. Neck dimensions again are upto you. Enjoy the process! Mike
Thanks! And thanks to everyone else. So, when you say customisable, could I get the neck to around say, similar dimensions to a jazz? Is the standard rumour neck that bigger than a jazz?
 2. As the title goes, which GB do you prefer and why? Would rather hear from owners....
 3. As per the title, I'm researching GB basses, interested in opinions on which is best and why?
 4.
it doesnt matter what you use or what you use it through. you may get better mids in various basses or amps for funk,,,,,,or better 'twang' thats needed for slap. however my quest for the tone or 'sound' im looking for will never be found. Funk or any other genre isnt found in basses or electrics. ITS FOUND IN TECHNIQUE..............
Right. How's that fuzz-wah workin out for you?
 5. Hello, new here, been playing a while, toyed with most genres, prefer funk. So, now Im wanting to concentrate on funk, what's the best bass? And amp/cab for a good funk sound?
