Hi. Yes its a stereo 3 pole socket.

Hi. I have recently changed the barrel jack sockets on a couple of Yamaha basses as they were loose. The "loose" problem has now dissappeared however, the battery is now only lasting for a few hours. I imagine that it is not dissconnecting when the lead is removed??? What have I donee wrong? How can I fix it? TIA Pete.
