Although it has a 1.5" nut the neck itself is somewhere between a jazz and precision contour -

Hi, I have just looked at the picture that I took at the back of the bass and realise it looked like there was a mark on the horn. It must have been part of the packaging still on the bass or something. I have taken a new picture and put it in the original post. Just to clarify this bass is immaculate, not a mark on it Thanks

It's the camera flash, there is no marks on the bass at all. I saw a picture of one with a black scratchplate on and it looked real nice. The neck is briliant, great playing bass

The Jag is really really nice, great neck and bridge. Pickups sound brilliant. A lot of bass for not much money
