HarryPotter Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 Selling my Vintage Boss ROD-10, mini rack unit, made in Japan. I am unsure of it's age, I bought it used in '96. Works perfectly with no crackles or other untowards problems - I have recently had the case of and it's fine inside (I am an engineer so do this as a matter of course). Please note that it does not come with a power supply but requires an adaptor supplying 9V DC @ 50mA which isn't difficult to find. Cosmetically it has a few minor dinks etc. but looks nowhere near as bad as it does in the photographs (they always show up dirt etc. that you simply cannot see in reality). The sounds you can get out of this unit explain why it is always in demand by studios / recording artists etc. It's very rich and very flexible especially the fuzz (and to my ears at least) the distortion. Not actually tried it for this but I have been told is as good for bass as it is for other inferior stringed instruments £40 collected, £45 posted - not bad for 5 Boss pedals.
