Hello from Consensus, Warwickshire. Analysis paralyis over choice of first bass

I was gonna reply with saying that I had 2 back surgeries, and I got a headless bass because it's lighter,but saw pics of your new bass, so congrats !!! 

I have 2 Spectors and they're pretty heavy, so I got a silver Ibanez EHB1006MS 6-String Multi-Scale Ergonomic Headless Bass back in 2022 when Ibanez came out with their new T1 pickups and it sounds fantastic and plays great !!! 

I do have other Ibanez basses and I really like their necks. 

It's really light weight though, AND fits in the overhead on a plane, so it's perfect. 

NAMM 2026 just happened and over the years they have more of the same kinds of headless basses that are 4-5-&6 strings that are light as well. 

Or check out other headless basses from other companies too if you decide to some day get another bass. 

That one you got looks really sweet though dude !!! 

Just figured I'd give you food for thought if that one turns out to be too heavy or what not.
