Have a set of Sadowsky knobs for sale. These were bought for a renovation project but I ended up going with classic chrome Fender knobs instead. Purchased from BestBassGear for $44 several years ago.

These are designed for 6mm solid shafts but will fit split shafts with a brass insert. I'm sure I've got some tucked away in my parts drawer so can provide them as well if required.

£20 posted ONO.
