It's a Sansamp - with 3 channels of goodness!

 

Phantom/battery/DC powered. XLR pad & ¼" boost.  Velcro'd but can remove if needs be. 

Original box & manual long gone unfortunately but will be securely packed for postage. 

 

Some light wear to the upper edges (top left in particular) but otherwise in good condition - switches and pots all work as they should - it's lived on a flightcased board for most of its life.

 

Had this since 2012 but now surplus thanks to Sushi FX..
