Tuner options for a Cool Z Medium Scale P

Hello folks

 

I recently acquired a Cool Z Medium Scale P Bass. It's real nice (might swap out the pickup at some point mind - no rush) The thing that bothers me is the balance - even on the strap

It's a bit neck heavy and am looking at some options to help out - but reckon I could start by swapping out the tuners for something light weight?

 

I have NO idea what these tuners are - but wonder if anyone knows of a lightweight drop in alternative without doing any drilling?
