Excellent solid and versatile active DI box from Canford Audio, only selling since I have three of these

It comes with the instruction leaflet 

Inputs for Instrument or Amp output. Output jack for Amp input or speaker cab alongside. Balanced XLR output to mixer on the reverse.

Instrument input 1.8M ohm impedance - so no loading of amp input or pickups   

Phantom powered off the mixer XLR or by 9v battery
