Headphones in Rumble 40...

Forgive the stupid question but, when I link a course on my tablet to my Rumble 40 aux and plug in headphones, I get a lot of buzz/feedback which is annoying to say the least! There are sometimes when I want to do the course / practise quietly but this is preventing me from doing so.

 

Any help gratefully received!
