So, my foray into rounds has come to an end and I'm back to flats. To be fair, I almost kept these, but then every time I picked up a bass with flats on, I liked it more.

 

Only two weeks old, cut for Fender P or J, but generously, with three or four turns around the peg. I've played them every day, but only at home in the evening, and they have never been gigged.

 

They are the best rounds I've heard, and these are the strings that Sean Hurley uses on his vintage P with rounds.
