THE SONS OF ILLINOIS operate out of Chelmsford, Essex.  We play exciting, crowd-pleasing Chicago Blues and we very urgently need a bassist who plays both upright and bass guitar.  We have a good book of decent gigs for 2026.  We have a strong social media presence, with more than 2000 followers on Facebook.

 

Band line-up is:

 

Vocals/Harmonica

Lead/Slide Guitar

Lead/Rhythm Guitar

Upright/Bass Guitar - CAN THIS BE YOU?

Drums/Percussion
