FáZZ - DIY prototype. It is based on the ZVEX Mastotron, using a Fuzzdog PCB. The RE/PUSH impedance control is pretty cool, you can adjust the breakup to the hotness of yours pickups.

 

It lights up under UV light! (can add photos when it gets dark tonight)

 

The LED is matching pink!

 

BUDGET PRICE - This is a prototype as it's my first attempt covering a pedal faceplate with epoxy. Unfortunately it's SPONGY, the epoxy never hardened fully. It's not jelly-like, it's pretty solid, but you can mark it with your nail if you press hard - so this is something to consider.

Withdrawing, when recording it's sound, it failed QC... starts to crackle, but only after 10+ minutes of use (???). I only played it for ~5 minute sessions when testing before, so this never surfaced. Weird issue to have for sure.

 

I'll reflow the solder joints and use some better flux that's easier to clean up, then will test further and this will be back
