Selling: Spector Pro Legend 5 Classic!

Hi guys, let me start by saying this is my first post (probably shifty!) but I'd like to re-assure you I'm not here to scam or fraud, I just thought advertising a bass for sale in the UK might have more attention in a website specifically for bassists in the UK =] If you're unsure of me, my Ultimate Guitar tag is PabloGilberto, my eBay name is TheAssassins and if you're lookin for any more info, I'd be more than willing to co-operate =]

Anyway!

For sale is my basically mint Spector 5 string in a gorgeous quilted maple black blue finish. The bass has 24 frets (all in fab nick, as I say the bass is only 4 months old, and its been played maybe a total of 30 times), 2 EMG-SSD passive pickups and an active Spector TonePump Jr. preamp, which in my opinion is possibly one of the most versatile active preamps I've used in a bass.

My main reason for selling is I've just quit the band I played bass with (Lost Persona) and I'm trying to get back to guitar, so it would make more sense for me to upgrade my guitar gear than have a cracking bass not being used.

Specs from the Spector Website...
[codebox]• Original Spector NS curved body shape

• 3 pc Bolt-On Rock Maple Neck, 24 Fret Rosewood Fingerboard, 35" scale

• Black Hardware, Spector Locking Bridge

• High Gloss Finishes, Genuine Quilted Maple Top:
Black And Blue Stain

• EMG-SSD passive humbuckers, active Spector TonePump Jr. boost only active tone controls

• Width at nut 1.75", string spacing at bridge .67", fingerboard radius 16"

• Truss rod allen wrench size 5mm, bridge allen wrench size 2mm[/codebox]

I bought this bass from America in June for £500 all in (Free shipping, then I had to pay the import tax) and I'm ideally looking for £300 + Posting cost for the bass, which comes with a cracking sturdy Spector padded gig bag, and it'll be boxed up for sending totally 100% professional (used to work for the local music shop, as always the new boy gets hit with the physical work...I spent a year or so packing instruments and amps to send haha). I'm in the Glasgow area so if you fancy a shot of the bass that can be arranged, or I can deliver it for train fair (im a student and dont drive...usual skint story :))

Anyway, enough from me! If you've any interest just gimme a message, question, whatever =]

My photography skills are horriffic but photos of the bass can be found here

Cheers! Mike
