Trace Elliot GP11 and 1x18 Red Stripe cabinet £225

I bought this TE head and cabinet about 15 years ago. They've been in the garage for the last 7 years, as I now user lighter equipment.

They were in this condition when I bought them - well used and in need of some TLC, which I never got round to giving them. It's time for them to go to a good new home where they will get the love, and possibly refurbishment, that they deserve.

I tested them both this morning and they still sound great. I used the XLR connections between the head and speaker, and haven't tried to jack to jack.

Full disclosure:

GP11 Head - I don't know much about TE history (and it's not that easy to find info quickly), but I think this must be one of the early GP11s. It's got very cool purplish neon backlighting, which works. It sounded great this morning, but previously has shown some slight crackling - it needs a service. All the slider knobs are present except the one on the far left. It could also do with re-covering and some general cleaning up and TLC if you want it to look good.

1x18 cabinet - I don't know the model, because the model and serial number have worn off the plate (see photo). It smells a bit musty, so probably needs opening up and cleaning up, and perhaps re-covering for the sake of appearance. It had the gaffer tape on it when I bought it, but I've renewed some of the gaffer tape! Everything in working order except that one of the jack sockets has slipped inside the cab. There are no castors. It's heavy, but sounds wonderful.

I'm asking £225, which includes shipping via UPS. if a buyer wanted to collect, I'm in Norfolk, and would knock off £25 if you collect.

Update - the amp is now sold. The 1x18 Trace Elliot cabinet is still for sale - £100 plus whatever UPS charge for carriage.
