The instrument is perfectly balanced for comfortable tapping and uses a standard guitar strap.It features straplocks in 3 different places to allow comfort in both sitting and standing positions. The body and headstock is made from walnut with a beautiful rosewood veneer,hand carved and wax finished. The fretboard is a free floating fretladder kept straight and true using marine grade stainless rails.This gets rid of annoying trussrod tweaks.It stays straight in all conditions.It also stays super low. Although unusual looking the fretboard plays as well as a standard board,the 6mm frets are super smooth and comfortable.Within minutes you wont even realize your playing a fretladder.It's really pretty cool! The pickups are hand-wound SkellyRails made to suit this instrument perfectly.They are designed to have a full range from tight low bass to soaring highs.This instrument sounds superb.
