Pete Academy Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 I've been watching Al McKay and his band on YouTube, performing an Earth, Wind and Fire greatest hits set. The band sounds as good, if not better than EWF. There's a clip where he's introducing the band, and they're all amazing session musicians. The bassist is great. I was wondering how he could put that set together. Is it the same as a tribute band doing the same thing, or can he do this because he had writing credits on these songs?
