Ashborygirl Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 The original was made in Japan. When the company split, the "Tune" company that went to Korea took the design with them. You can tell the original model as the P pickup was reversed like the Warwick Streamer. I owned an ink blue one that was reviewed in Guitarist @ 1994, paid £695 for it from the Bass Centre - which was new Stingray money at the time.
