Seriel No. 38649 Model No. 6071 Country Gentlemans base I had the guitar appraised by [/font][/size][font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Strung Out Guitars ([/font][url="http://www.strungoutguitars.com/"]http://www.strungoutguitars.com/[/url]) in 2007 [font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]who valued it at £1750 and in 95% condition (See photos for paperwork). Since the appraisal it has not been used and from the recent photos you will see it is still in the same condition. yoseph900 Posted January 9, 2013 Share Posted January 9, 2013 This is an excellent bass and a fantastic piece of history. As Christina is new to BC I thought I'd back up her post a bit. Myself and our vintage specialist Matt had a look at this for Christina and recommended she pop it up on here, we'd more than happily buy it into to GAK, but obviously we can't offer the sort of money that this fantastic instrument is worth.
