It's the P-bass with J-bass bass pickup scenario. *Bareknuckle Jazz bass pickups with 10% overwind *CTS Pots *Gotoh Bridge (slight ding mark) *Schaller Tuners *Genuine Fender "F" neck plate I sanded off the Squier decal with the intention of designing my own decal, then lacquering the headstock again. This didn't happen as I decided I didn't actually like playing 5 string basses, and lost interest with it once I had put everything together and given it a slight set up. I'm not a pro, but it's not terrible! The bass could do with new strings as they are pretty dead, but it doesn't play too bad as is. I routed out the bass for the new pickups. Bridge side looks good and the pick guard doesn't look too bad. It is in good condition, but has it's fair share of scuffs marks and buckle rash at the back, but still tidy.
