They're in excellent condition as I look after all my gear, here's what you're getting for your £100 1x Yamaha 7 Pad Digital drumkit (fits on a snare stand) 1x Snare drum stand (which you don't get with the kit bought new) 2x foot pedals (Hi-hat and bass drum) 1x PSU and a pair of sticks! They're great for messing around on, or getting your coordination together before you go for a 'big kit' (which is what I used them for) It's also great that they don't take up much space, but you still get all the pads. They also make for a cool midi-controller if you've got nice drum sounds on your DAW. Just to be clear though, it's a fully self contained unit with loads of in built sounds with speakers or a headphone output.
