one thing that helped me when i started working out bass lines was to put my bass down and hum or a sing along with the bass line till it got stuck in my head and then transfer that onto my bass, if its still giving you grief i can give you a hand with the part

will look at this properly tomorrow, if i remember rightly the notes for the main part are B, C, D, G, F# and D
