1. After finally coming to terms with the fact I'm not really much of a guitarist anymore, it's perhaps time to say goodbye to my beloved Matamp 4x12 cab. I bought this about 4 years ago and whilst it's been gigged, due to bands splitting up and switching over to bass it really hasn't had much use at all. I'd say the cab is in very good condition cosmetically, only a couple of tiny nicks in the tolex that you'd have to look carefully to find.

Speakers are 2 x Vintage 30 and 2 x Hot 100 wired to 8 Ohms, total power handling being 320watts and are barely run in. This combination was recommended by Jeff at Matamp for giving a great all-round sound be it for clean or gain sounds, with enough headroom to cope with just about any guitar amp. The cab is in Matamp house colours, I can't remember what they call them but will post pics when I get chance.

This would be a very reluctant sale but I've not gigged with a six-string for about 3 years and owning a half stack just for practicing is somewhat overkill.

I'd like £400 for this but I'd be very interested in a trade for a good 2x12 (vintage 30's preferably) with cash my way as I still need something to use with my Matamp head.

Thanks for looking

2. BFD 1.5 Virtual instrument. Bought from a member on here a few months ago and whilst it's great software I'm just not using it as much as I thought I would. I paid £50 plus postage and it's in the same condition now, I'd like £45 posted.

Presonus Bluetube 2 channel mic and instrument preamp. Great preamp, summed up well in this Sound On Sound review - http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/jun05/arti.../bluetubedp.htm

This is boxed as new with all manuals, psu etc. and has only been used for a total of around 20 hours. Fantastic clean (or dirty, if you like) preamp that defies it's small price tag, no longer needed after studio upgrades. £110 posted

Art Tube MP single channel mic and instrument pre. Bought this as a cheap pre to use at home, it's suprisingly good for the money. Apparently these sound even better if you upgrade the valve but I never needed to - nice and clean with low gain and a lovely warm sound with a smooth top end when pushed a little harder. No box but comes with psu, [s]£15 posted.[/s] SOLD

A set of Solar cymbals - ideal for beginners. I got these when I bought a cheap drum kit years ago but have never really used them. The set comprises 14" hats, 16" crash and 20" ride and they are in great condition apart from finger prints etc. I don't know how much they would cost to post as they are pretty heavy, I'll say £30 plus postage until I can take them to the post office and find out what the cost will be and if it's expensive I'll lower the price to compensate.

A set of drum silencers, never used them but I think they are rock sizes - 14"/12"/14"/16". £10 plus postage

I'll post some pics when I get chance, thanks for looking.

3. Having a clearout again, I don't know how I accumulate all this stuff!

Blackstar HT-Dual, 2 channel valve preamp pedal. Great for guitar and bass, this is a reluctant sale but I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it. Plus I'm gassing for new stuff :) It's in good condition apart from a couple of scrapes in the paintwork and I still have the box somewhere.
[s]£100 posted[/s] SOLD

ISP Decimator noise reduction pedal. Superb and easy to use noise reduction, works great, doesn't suck tone and is very very fast.
Bought this a couple of years back, it's never been gigged but has still managed to pick up a scratch on the top :) It is boxed, I paid around £140 for this new and would like £[s]90[/s] £[s]80[/s] £70 posted
Boss AC-3, had it for sale on BC before but the sale fell through. Sounds...interesting on bass, probably most useful for just making odd tones or as a basic reverb pedal.
[s]£30 posted[/s]. SOLD

A 2 loop true bypass pedal hand made by umph on these very forums. 2 separate loops with footswitches for each and led indicators.
£30 posted.

Lastly, I have a broken boss volume pedal. It probably just needs a new pot, or the case could be used for a project of some sort. It's the newer type with the heavy duty metal casing.
£20 posted.

I'll post some pictures when I get chance, thanks for looking.

4. I will now accept trades with cash my way, items I have in mind -

DHA valve distortions
Flightcased pedalboards of at least 60x40cm
Soft cases that will fit my HD500 - 55x30cm roughly

I'll consider any studio equipment - mics, preamps etc of reasonable quality.

If someone can give me a cure for my love of food we can do a straight swap :)
